These SMS Text Messaging Terms ("SMS Terms") govern the customer support text messaging program operated by Tiny Developers LLC ("Tiny Devs", "TinyDevs", "we", "us").

By texting (762) 356-6249 you consent to receive SMS replies from Tiny Devs relating to your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

1. Program description

Tiny Devs provides two-way customer support messaging at (762) 356-6249. This is a conversational customer care program. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not message anyone who has not messaged us first.

2. Consent

By sending a text message to (762) 356-6249, you consent to receive SMS replies from Tiny Devs relating to your inquiry. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. This consent applies only to this support program and is not bundled with any other agreement. There is no web-based opt-in form for this program; consent is established solely by your customer-initiated text message.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on the conversation you initiate.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Tiny Devs does not charge for text messages; any charges come from your mobile carrier.

5. Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing further. Reply START to resume.

6. Help

Reply HELP, or email hello@tinydevs.net. Customer support is available Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 ET.

7. Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside of Tiny Devs' control.

8. Privacy

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (and the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this program.

10. Changes to these terms

We may modify or discontinue the program, and we may revise these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates when these terms were last revised.
